2 Practice Nurses
Post 1: To work 30-37.5 hrs per week over 4-5 days
Post 2: To work 15 hrs per week over 2 days
We are currently looking for 2 Practice Nurses with aspirations to significantly develop their career. You must have experience in some of the following: treatment room duties, minor illness, triage, chronic disease mix (CHD, Diabetes, Asthma/COPD etc) and possibly prescribing.
Applicants will need to be well organised and motivated with good communication skills but above all a friendly disposition and a sense of humour.
We are prepared to provide the necessary training for the successful candidate to give them the full set of skills to become a Lead Nurse over time.
Salary is dependent on experience. The Contract would depend on the successful applicants guaranteeing to include all of the above essentials over a 2-3 year period. Time and study leave would be granted to attend courses in order to achieve this goal.
Membership of the NHS pension scheme is available and transferable.
