You can now submit an admin or medical request using the 'Contact Us Online' button to save you waiting on the phone. If you need to submit a sick note request, request test results, GP letter or if you have a general question or concern regarding your health we have created an easy questionnaire for you to complete and this will get sent through to the practice.
We ask that you allow at least 3 working days for all requests to be dealt with. If you have an urgent query or concern please do not use this service and we ask you contact our reception team by telephone
Emails to the Practice
We accept emails from our patients however, we are unable to accept emails from patients regarding a prescription request or an appointment request. If you require a prescription you can do this by using your SystmOnline account or the NHS App. If you need to reset your password or set up your account you can do this by contacting reception.
We are unable to book appointments via our email, if you require an appointment you can also use your SystmOnline account or the NHS App. Alternatively you can contact your local branch surgery, the telephone numbers are listed below.
We ask that you do not send any urgent queries through to our email as we can not guarentee this will be looked at everyday. If you require information that can not wait the 3 working day period then please contact your local branch surgery.
